Sullivan & Associates started business in May of 1982, providing structural engineering and consulting services to the South Florida Community. Its principal officer and engineer, Jerry Sullivan has practiced structural engineering since 1972. In 1999 Sullivan & Associates incorporated and became Sullivan & Associates Engineering, Inc. Although Sullivan & Associates Engineering can provide a full range of structural engineering, it specializes in wood truss engineering. It provides services to truss manufacturers, architects, other engineers, builders, truss connector manufacturers, remodelers, home owners, and the legal community. Sullivan & Associates serves the general South Florida area where travel to construction sites is required; and the entire State of Florida where no travel is required.
